Matilda Bookshop in Stirling is a great bookshop. The books are displayed in easy to find tables and shelves. I have shopped here regularly and have always found the new books to the market are always in stock. The staff are very obliging and friendly. If they have not the book I want they will get it for me, with out any hassle. Prices are reasonable, good shop to wander around in looking at books.

I got a gift voucher from here from Christmas - I had never heard of Matilda’s and safe to say I was missing out! This is the cutest bookshop nestled in the hills, I have visited repeatedly since I spent my voucher and there always seems to be something new! I love that their range is just that little bit different from your regular bookstore and that is what keeps me coming back.

We went for a drive to stirling as i was told go and see mt. Lofty botanical gardens( thats another story), so we drove around to find a book shop, my husband had just finished his book and he needed another one. Matilda bookstore had just about everything, well worth a visit.
